On January 16, we had the great pleasure of providing entertainment for Miriam and Rodman’s Surprise 50th wedding anniversary held at Juliano’s Caterers in New Rochelle, NY.

A very intimate affair with close friends and family, a lot of dancing, heart felt words, and great food/drinks was the setting for the memorable occasion.  Everyone waited for the “Golden Couple” to arrive for their big surprise, and once they did, you could see the happiness shine across Miriam and Rodmans face’s.

We had a great time and thank the Davis family, especially Porsche Davis, for having us at this party.  We might have even sparked the interest of becoming a DJ for Miriam and Rodman’s grandson who loved our set-up.

On December 19, 2009,  Shaneece Sonny, had one of heck of a Sweet 16 with TORO PARTY DJS.  Even though it was going down during a blizzard, people still made their way to the Pelham Bay Diner to celebrate.  It was a fun filled night that showcased our best Sweet 16 package with a super light show, music videos, and much more.  Shaneece’s guests were also treated to Henna Tatoo’s by Beautiful Brows Threading Salon, awesome Chocolate & Punch fountains by Chocolate Fountain Fantasies, and three wonderful Belly Dancers featuring Anna Pipoyan.  While all this was happening Creative Video Vision made sure to get it on tape.

The decorations were beautiful, Shaneece was beautiful and you could tell that Marcy and Paula, Shaneece’s Grandmother and mother, really put a lot of effort into making this event a memorable one.  Marcy had to be one of the hippest and fun grandma’s that I ever met, we could tell she knew how to party =).  We had a great time and would like to thank Marcy and Paula for having us at Shaneece’s Sweet 16.

Entering our 7th year providing entertainment to DeWitt Clinton H.S., we had to make sure that this party was a good as the rest. The party was the annual Step, Cheer and Dance team party that was held on December 04, 2009. This event was fun as we allowed party goers to tweet us requests, took pictures and video. We can’t wait to see what 2010 brings us at D.W.C.

Shout out to @DJDucketts, who helped keep the Toro Party DJS standard at Bronx Leadership Academy on the same night. From what I heard from a few students and the coordinator, it was “crazy live.”

So, we were at yet another great party and we just happened to check out the cake before it was eaten up by everyone. HOLY COW, this cake looked awesome and some of the team even wanted to touch it to see if it was real, we didn’t =). We waited patiently for the happy birthday to come, and hoped they would come give us a plate.

They did and we dug in, and all we could say think was this cake taste’s amazing. It looked amazing and tasted just as good.
